If you’re new to strength training (or getting back into it after a break), Foundations is the perfect place to start. This program is designed to help you build strength safely, confidently, and sustainably. This is where we teach you how to train, not just what to do.
This online 4-week program is a friendly, no-pressure way to learn the basics, build confidence, and experience how strongHER works at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

Clear weekly structure to fit your life (no guessing)
Simple coaching cues + modifications
Designed to fit into busy schedules
Weekly accountability call for the 4 weeks with Skye and/or Cassie for support and connection
Access to the strongHER Fuel Guide as we will go over it in the first call
Simple, healthy meal ideas that fit into real life
For those who want it, we offer optional check-ins including weight, strength, and overall progress
Many women begin with Foundations and then continue into our longer-term programs or strongHER Circle monthly membership when they’re ready for the next step.
The outcome: You feel confident moving your body, understand the basics of strength training, and build a foundation you can keep building on.
