what we’re
all about

We know life is busy, especially for women and moms, so our approach meets you where you are. Our programs go beyond workouts —combining progressive training, realistic wellness, and a supportive women-powered community. Everything we do is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and habits that last without adding stress to your life.

our motto

build strength. boost confidence. belong.

Strength is about more than the weights you lift. It’s how you feel in your body, how you show up for yourself, and who you’re surrounded by along the way.

At strongHER, we believe community is what turns movement into something sustainable. This is the place where women feel supported, encouraged, and reminded that they don’t have to do this alone.

our

why

  • We know life is busy, especially for women and moms, so our approach meets you exactly where you are. Our programs go beyond workouts —blending progressive training, realistic wellness, and a supportive, women-powered community. Everything we do is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and habits that last without adding stress or pressure to your life.

  • Consistency, confidence, and care aren’t just words to us. They’re the heart of strongHER.

Consistency helps you build habits that last. Confidence gives you the courage to show up and trust your body. And lastly care — for yourself, your body, and one another. Care is what shapes our community and the programs we create.

These values guide every workout, every challenge, and every connection we foster.

  • strongHER training was born from our own journeys as women who love fitness and as moms who know how challenging it can be to fit it into daily life. Motherhood showed us just how essential movement is not only for our bodies, but for our minds, our stress levels, and how we show up for our families. Fitness became our outlet, our reset, and a way to feel strong in every aspect of life.

We wanted to create a place where other women could experience the same: a space where strength fits into your lifestyle, not the other way around. From our first workouts together to building an online community and hosting local events, strongHER has always been about more than exercise. It’s about connection. Through challenges, community workouts, social meetups, and virtual events, we foster a supportive, women-powered environment where confidence, consistency, and care can grow. Here, fitness isn’t about perfection. It’s about feeling empowered, showing up for yourself, and belonging.

  • Meet Skye

Fitness has always been part of my life, but motherhood introduced a whole new level of balance, resilience, and self-care. I co-created strongHER to help women and moms feel empowered, confident, and supported without pressure or perfection. Strength should fit seamlessly into your life, no matter how busy it gets.

    Meet Cass

I’ve always loved fitness, but becoming a mom showed me just how much it truly matters for my body, my mind, and how I show up every day. strongHER training grew from our desire to share what we’ve learned: how to fit movement into a busy life, relieve stress, and feel strong in all aspects of life. Strength isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, confidence, and care.

01. coffee fueled

Most of our best ideas (and laughs) happen with a coffee in hand. And as moms, we’ll take all the extra fuel we can get!

02. lovers of spin

If we’re not lifting, getting our daily steps in, or chasing our kids around, you’ll likely find us at an early-morning spin class at our local studio. Movement is how we reset, recharge, and show up feeling our best.

03. moms on a mission

We work out to feel strong, patient, and present for our kids and for ourselves. Because taking care of our bodies helps us show up better in every part of life.
