We’re Skye and Cassie, the two women behind strongHER training. We’re NASM-certified personal trainers, longtime fitness enthusiasts, and moms who believe something has been missing in the fitness world: community. We built strongHER as a reminder that fitness doesn’t have to feel boring, extreme, or like another chore on your to-do list. It can be enjoyable, supportive, and tailored to your real life for whatever season you’re in. We’re here to help you move in ways that feel good and fit into your life, not the other way around.

For too long, fitness has felt complicated, time-consuming, or like something you have to earn. We believe something different. Strength training can be simple, effective, and something you actually enjoy, even in the midst of real life.
